Causewayz Square is, to me, the definitive "location-first" buy at the border. You're paying to be a walk from the RTS and a few minutes from the CIQ, on freehold land, in a building run by a developer that also operates its own short-stay platform. For cross-border rental demand, that combination is genuinely hard to replace.
在我看来，Causewayz Square 是关卡旁"地段优先"的典范之选。您买的是步行到 RTS、几分钟到关卡、坐落于永久地契土地、且由一个自营短租平台的开发商运营的建筑。就跨境租赁需求而言，这样的组合真的很难被取代。
Where I would slow you down: the tower you buy matters. Axis is the managed short-stay play via Mana-Mana; Brixton, Coven and Dover suit own-stay and long-term rental. Don't assume short-stay is allowed in every tower — confirm the rules first, and always compare the actual unit and price you're quoted against its JBCC neighbours. The right unit matters more than the right project name.
